Why do we create the vision boards on Equinox?

Equinox signifies a BIG SHIFT in our energy and consciousness. It is also the day

that the Sun moves into the sign of Libra, associated with balance. So as we balance the energies of contrast and take inventories of our lives, we become clearer and aligned with a more fulfilled and authentic path.

A vision board is a fun and powerful tool to help you VISUALISE your thoughts, ideas and dreams, and where and how you want to head to your destination.

What is the significance of incorporating Feng Shui?

Feng Shui guides us to understand our relationships with nature and how we can live harmoniously within our environment. When all nine aspects of our lives are in balance, we feel harmonized, our energy flows freely, and we can express ourselves fully.

Consider which images and words can support you in becoming the best and highest version of yourself. Let’s set intentions and create your vision board!

• Any size blank canvas, bulletin board, or watercolor paper/cardboard

• a picture of you (photo or print)
• any images and quotes from old magazines or the internet that are inspiring to you!
• pens, markers, crayons, paints
